- Industry standards for natural products such as hardwood floors allow for variations on color, a 0.25 thickness tolerance, and a 5% defect rate.
- Buyer has the final inspection responsibility as to grade, finish and quality of the order received.
- Any shortages or damages due to manufacturer error must be reported to Eva Flooring Company within 48 hours of receipt.
- An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) must be obtained from EVA Flooring Company prior to a return.
- All approved return must be received by EVA Flooring within 30 days of the original product shipment.
- Credit or refund will be given at our discretion upon inspection of the returned items.
- A 15% handling / restocking charge will be applied on all returned orders except as those caused by manufacturer damage or defect.
- Return accepted for unopened, undamaged merchandise only.
- Returns or exchanges are not accepted for three cartons or less.
